Common Issues

Can't Join a Party?

• Check that you've entered the code correctly (6 characters, letters and numbers only)

• Make sure the party isn't full

• Ask the party creator to check if the party is still active

• Try creating a new party if problems persist

Got Disconnected?

1. Don't panic!

2. Return to the multiplayer home screen

3. Rejoin using the same party code

4. If that doesn't work, ask the party leader to create a new party

Party Closed Unexpectedly?

• Parties automatically close after 5 minutes of inactivity

• Keep the party alive by interacting regularly

• If closed, create a new party and invite friends again
