License Agreement

When you installed the game on your computer, you automatically agreed to these terms in the agreement.

LEMONADE TURBOTYPERS GAME LICENSE AGREEMENT

This License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of Lemonade TurboTypers (the "Game"). Please read this Agreement carefully before installing, copying, or using the Game. By doing any of these actions, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Game.

1. Ownership and License

xxavv6AMES ("Licensor") owns and copyrights the Game. This Agreement grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment on a single device.

2. What This License Allows You to Do

• Install and play the Game on a single device for your personal use.

• Create and save your own game progress and custom levels.

3. What This License Does Not Allow You to Do

You are strictly prohibited from doing any of the following:

• Copying, modifying, adapting, translating, reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Game.

• Creating derivative works based on the Game.

• Removing any proprietary notices or labels from the Game.

• Using the Game for any commercial purpose.

• Distributing, renting, sublicensing, or leasing the Game.

• Cheating, using unauthorized modifications, or exploiting bugs in the Game.

4. Your Content

Any content you create within the Game (e.g., saved games, custom levels) is your property. However, Licensor retains all rights to the Game's underlying code and assets.

5. Updates and Online Features

Licensor may provide updates or online features for the Game at its discretion. Any such updates or features shall be subject to this Agreement unless other terms accompany them.

6. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies.

7. No Warranties

The Game is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. Licensor disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Licensor does not guarantee that the Game will be error-free or that it will meet your specific requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

Licensor shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use of or inability to use the Game. This includes, but is not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where xxavv6AMES is located.

10. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Licensor regarding the Game and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
